Question:
Will this fit a 2019 Ford F-350 dually 2wd? If so I have tire ware on outside of each front tire from towing a fifth wheel from Richmond Va to Sacramento Ca... installed would this part have possibly reduced this tire ware by adding support to bed load?

The SumoSprings kit part # SSR-127-54 is a fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 dually and will do a great job giving you additional suspension support but it's hard to say if this will fix your tire wear issue. I'd recommend having the truck taken to alignment shop to make sure it's not out of alignment in anyway which might cause the issue.
