Hi, What is the distance between upper and lower arms? Can I mount a 20inch girls bike inverted back wheel on the upper side? Thanks.

The distance between the two arms is going to be 195mm between the upper and lower arm.
You are going to need a gap in your frame 4-3/8" wide by 2-1/2 tall because those are the dimensions of the cradle. Anything smaller will be difficult if not impossible to load bikes up especially for the bikes mounted closest to your vehicle. So be sure to measure your 20" bike to see if it has a gap big enough.
Another thing to think about is that you will need to invert each other bike. Meaning, if you installed your first bike with the back wheel facing up, the next bike you will have to face the back wheel down.
