Recommended Clamp-On Weight Distribution System for 9K Trailer with 2.5 Shank
Question:
Looking for clamp-on weight distribution/sway control hitch to tow 9000 gvw travel trailer 30 long, for a 2.5 receiver. What do you recommend? Need clamp on because trailer is rental and I cannot drill into it.

The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution System part # HT32218 is an excellent cost effective option which features clamp-on brackets so no drilling into the frame will be required. It will be perfect for a 9,000 lbs trailer as well and it already comes with the hitch ball torqued down so you will be good to go.
In regards to the 2-1/2" shank, you can either use an adapter like part # C45405 or swap out the shank with part # EQ90-02-4900.
