Could 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 Charge a Dead Battery

Question:

Received item PTW2997.Read all included instructions.Questions:Is this product intended to charge dead batteries or to keep good ones charge???If to charge dead Batti does item accumulate elect.charge ,charge time,etc. or is good as long as it is exposed to sun.In that case iassume item usefulnness is to keep good ones charge.Plwease explain

The 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 does not have ability to charge a totally dead battery. It really only could be used to keep a battery topped off. A 2.5 watt charge would not be enough to put a solid charge on really anything.
