will this fit a 2014 Dodge Durango with a spoiler on top?

I checked with Malone and the Malone Hanger 3 Bike Rack part # MPG2139 is a fit for a 2014 Dodge Durango. In regards to the spoiler, if this is factory then there will not be any issues but if this is aftermarket then this bike rack would not work.
