Can Atwood Air Command Air Conditioner Reuse Duo Therm AC Wall Control
Question:
Ive purchased an atwood aircommand 15028, ducted AC with heat pump to replace an old 17 yrs? duo-therm AC unit. After removing the old AC and preparing for install - Im seeing that the control box duo-therm part 3107541.009 serial number: WA542784 says use for air conditioner 579, 590, 595, 600 and specifically says for A/C without heat strip option. Do I need to buy a new control box???

The Atwood Air Command part # AT15028-22 that you referenced comes with a new wall control setup for you to use with it that also includes a remote. You would use either of these options to control the unit and not the old setup you had with your Duo Therm.
