Changed trucks for a Chevy 3500 2013 to GMC 2500. Which replacement base do I need for the 5th wheel bwrvb3700 or 3500 and what is the difference?

In order to reuse a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch either OEM or Gooseneck to 5th Wheel on a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 you will need to obtain a new base, the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC part # BWRVB3710 or part # BWRVB3775 is the correct one.
The other parts numbers you referenced are for the old puck system, not the new updated design for 2020 models.
