Is The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Rated For Weight Distribution On 2013 BMW X5

I just received my CURT Hitch and have two questions: 1. I was told previously that I could use my weight distribution bars, but in the description it says that I can in one place and I cant in another. What is the correct answer? If I cant the hitch is worthless to me. 2. The push pins supplied for the ones that are drilled out when removing the bumper fascia. Will they fit my 2013 X5? If not to you have a part number and source?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13077 for the 2013 BMW X5 does have a weight distribution rating so it can be used with weight distribution according to Curt. The tongue weight rating of the hitch is the same 600 lbs with or without the use of weight distribution.

Yes, the included rivet pins that are provided with the hitch will fit the 2013 BMW X5. I have attached a video of an install on the 2013 BMW X5. He uses the included rivet pins at the 11:50 time stamp of the video.
