Can Wiring Harness for StrongArm Electric Winch TW4000 Manufactured Before 2014 Wire to 7-Way

Question:

Wiring harness for StrongArm Electric Winch TW4000 Manufactured before 2014. Can I wire the harness of the TW4000 to a 7-way plug and plug it into the receptacle of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee? If so, do they make an adapter or do I need to make one myself? Thanks,

So, just to make sure we're on the same page, the correct wiring harness for your Dutton-Lainson TW4000 StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25200 manufactured before 2014 is the Dutton-Lainson Wiring Harness for StrongArm Electric Winch Model TW4000 Manufactured before 2014 # DL24150.

As for wiring it to your 7-way, it is designed to go directly to your vehicle battery but you can wire it to your 7-way if you like, though there isn't an adapter for this. Keep in mind you will also want the Dutton-Lainson Electrical Quick Connect for TW4000 Electric Winches # DL24086.
