Question:

With minimum air pressure will it raise the height of the cab? Just fit into garage now.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs part # AL88399 which are a fit for a 2019 Ford F-250 4x4 will not lift the cab height of the vehicle so long as you deflate the airbags to the minimum setting of 5 psi while unloaded. If you did have say 50 psi in the airbags while unloaded then the airbags would lift the height of the vehicle but only marginally, most likely not even 1/2" or so.

If you need to inflate and deflate the airbags frequently then you'll want an on-board air compressor for which I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL74000EZ because it's wireless so you won't have to run any wires or air lines into the cab.
