Device to Measure Tongue/Pin Weight Of Trailer Before Hitting Scales

Are there any moderately good /easy to use apps or online calculators for estimating axle and pin loads on a trailer for proper positioning of the components of the load before one gets to the scales. It would be nice to have a good idea where to put everything ahead of time before getting to the scales only to discover weight on the gooseneck or an axle load is out of parameters and have to go through the hassle of repositioning thousands of pounds of payload.

I have just what you are looking for in the BetterWeigh Mobile Tongue Weight and Payload Scale for OBD II part # C51701. This device will use vehicle parameters to calculate the trailer tongue/pin weight as well as several other metrics. Therefore, you can get your load just right before you enter the scales. Please note, your vehicle must have an OBDII for this unit to work.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any sort of online calculator for the above but even if there are some available they would not be nearly as accurate as the BetterWeigh Mobile Tongue Weight and Payload Scale.
