The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98868 is a confirmed fit for a 2015 Honda CR-V (All Models). Therefore, you won't need to worry about verifying any measurements beforehand. That said, trailer hitch manufactures don't typically release dimensional drawings for proprietary reasons. If you still need specific measurements please let me know and I will see what I can do.
If you will be using the trailer hitch for towing then you'll need a trailer wiring harness the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118561 and a ball mount/hitch ball the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
