The best option we have to install a roof rack on a Snug Top Camper Shell is the Yakima HardTop SL Roof Rack part # Y01618 which comes with aero shaped bars for the best wind resistance, adjustable tracks so you can accommodate multiple rooftop mounted accessories, and it comes with everything needed for installation. In regards to weight, this system will be rated for 220 lbs which is about the limit for roof racks but the limiting factor will be the camper shell and in order to determine this you would need to reach out to the manufacturer.
