I have a 2010 keystone xlite 5th wheel, one slide, 30 ft. long, and I think this is the right replacement parts for my landing gear??? I would also like to know if my electric motor on my current landing gear will fit this replacement?

If the landing gear on your 2010 Keystone Xlite is Ram jack brand landing gear then yes the # RVLG-8HDL would fit and your current motor part # M1230 would work as well.
If you instead have the brand LCI, Lippert, Venture, or Stromberg you'd need the # LG-183708 instead. This is the much more common set that I believe you most likely have.
