If the vehicle doesn't already have a trailer connector, you'd need the # C56281 to add a 4 pole or # 118273 to add a 7-way. If the trailer you're planning on towing has electric brakes, you'll also need a brake controller to actuate them. The Brake EVN # TK63VR is an inexpensive but great preforming brake controller. The 3050-P brake controller wiring harness is also needed.

The Curt # C13126 hitch you've looked at is a confirmed fit for a 2016 Pathfinder. You'll also need a ball mount like # 2753 and # 19261 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
