Item # 20110 will work for your 2020 Ford F-350 and provide you with a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck so your wiring isn't hanging over the tailgate.

If I may, I don't recommend going with that particular one. Instead I recommend you use the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed - 7 Way RV - 7' Long part # 54701-007-010 while they both serve the exact same functions this one is designed for use on trucks that have the aluminum beds. This will reduce any issues you have with corrosion.

I also recommend picking up Dielectric Grease part # 11755 if you don't already have some to put on each of the connections this prevents moisture from getting in the connections causing corrosion which can lead to shorts.
