Question:
I have a 2019 sprinter 3500, i am having trouble with the turn and brake lights... they are not working... when testing the metal connectors on the plug the running lights were on the black and red wire and the left turn signal was on the far left white wire on the vehicle side.. when pluging into the wiring harness the left turn yellow wire did not line up with the vehicles left turn signal... any ideas?

It's possible someone wired up your trailer wiring wrong and you'd need to move the wiring around so that the pins match. I attached a 7-way wiring diagram for you to check out and compare to the wiring on the vehicle and trailer to determine which might be at fault so you can fix as needed.
