Both the Curt # C13290 and the Draw-Tite # 76082 Class III Trailer Hitches offer a sleek hidden-crosstube design, however the Curt # C13290 model is going to be recessed behind the bumper almost 2" more than the Draw-Tite model. This means the Curt hitch is your best option if you are simply looking for the most hidden unit available on your vehicle.
With that in mind, I would also point out that in terms of practical use there can be such a thing as "too hidden", especially if you are planning on using the hitch for various accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. The center of the hitch pin hole on the Curt hitch was recessed about 9 inches back from the outer edge of the rear bumper when we installed it on the 2018 model. This is going to make it pretty hard to reach and will render many accessories incompatible because they would hit the rear bumper before lining up with the hole.
The Draw-Tite # 76082 still offers a design that's more recessed than usual with its 7" bumper clearance dimension, so it's going to offer an easier-to-use setup while still giving you that clean, hidden design on the Mercedes. Because of this the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch would be my personal recommendation.
I have attached an installation video below on both models that you can also check out.
