The Aussie Portable Gas Grill with Carrying Bag part # 277-000091 is a low pressure grill as long as it is hooked up to a regulator. The grill does not come with a regulator but since you are connecting the grill to your female quick disconnect on the trailer you will not need a separate regulator.
To connect the grill to the quick disconnect on the Airstream you will need MB Sturgis Dual Quick Disconnect Propane Hose for Small Appliance part # 100395-72-MBS which will connect the grill to your Airstream's quick disconnect.
