What is the length of the torsion bars on this hitch? I need to know before purchase to determine if I have enough clearance on my tongue to fit the mount. Dave

The spring bars for the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37140ET feature a total length of 35-1/2". Equal-i-zer recommends that the sway control brackets (or in your case the Pole-Tongue Adapter # EQ95-01-5950) be positioned 27" to 32" back from the center of the trailer coupler.
