The Blue Ox base plate that's compatible with your 2019 Wrangler Sport is # BX1139 which is compatible with the factory plastic or steel bumper.

To complete your flat towing setup, you'll also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter. Here's some recommendations for compatible products if you don't have them already:

For a tow bar, I'd recommend the Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7365. The Alpha is affordably priced and features a self-aligning design, which means that you don't need to have the Jeep perfectly lined up behind the motorhome in order to connect up. As you pull off, the arms will align and lock into place. The safety cables are included. For a wiring harness, the # RM-15267 is the most popular option. The diodes tap into the Jeeps existing taillight circuits, but once everything is installed, all you'll have to do is plug in the umbilical and drive off. A portable braking kit like the Blue Ox Patriot II, part # BRK2016 is a simple and pretty convenient choice because it's pretty easy to set up and it can be easily transferred to a different vehicle if necessary. You'll also need a 12 volt outlet kit, part # RM-9332

When the tow bar is installed, it should be within 3 inches of level, plus or minus. If it's not, you'll need a high/low adapter to get it within that range. I've linked to our selection of adapters.
