Hello, Currently there is a 1400 pound hitch on the truck/trailer. The tongue weight is not as much as calculated originally. Can 1200 pound bars used in the same head? Thanks

The spring bars are a slightly different size, so in order to go from 1,400 lb spring bars to the 1,200 lb Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer # EQ90-01-1299 you would also need to get a new head unit, the 1,200 lb Replacement Head for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ90-02-1200.
