Question:
With the Falcon 2, I am getting the impression this will not work on D-Ring aftermarket bumper on JL Wrangler 2 door Sport-S. The Falcon 2 Roadmaster needs a frame mounted Roadmaster Base Plate? If so, will those clear an aftermarket bumper that can accommodate a winch? Is so, what modes/brands of aftermarket bumper.

The Falcon 2 will work with D-rings aftermarket bumper on the 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport-S with the use of the D-ring adapters. However, you do want to be sure the bumper is rated for flat towing before you try to flat tow to avoid frame damage. If the brackets attach to 3/4" thick shackle mounts on the bumper you need the adapter part # RM-035. If the brackets attach to 1" thick shackle mounts on the bumper you need the adapter part # RM-035-1. I have attached a video for your reference.
Both sets of these adapters are compatible with the Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar part # RM-520 so you will not need a frame mounted base plate as long as your bumper is rated to flat tow and one of the adapters work for you. Basically the adapter will take the place of the quick disconnects and the ends of your Falcon 2 Tow bar arms. I have attached a photo that explains this process. If you do end up needing a base plate a lot of them do not fit with a winch tray or grill guard so I would need to know exactly what you have on the Wrangler to assist you with a base plate.
You will also need a supplemental braking system, tow bar wiring, a high low adapter, stop light switch and safety cables to flat tow the Jeep. Please let me know if you need any more parts and I can make more recommendations for you. I have also attached a couple helpful articles for you.
