Question:
Where are the circuit brakers? I found one 30 amp fuse off the left battery. Trying to get power to the trailer break blue wire.

The blue wire for the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 carries the brake output circuit to the 7-Way. When you don't have power on this wire it isn't typically related to a bad or blown fuse.
If you aren't getting any power on this wire the first thing I recommend doing is simply checking how you're actually testing the controller. The Prodigy P2 is a proportional unit meaning it will send back power in correspondence to the vehicle's deceleration when stepping on the brake pedal. This simply means if you are testing the controller by stepping on the brake pedal and the vehicle is parked, it's not going to send back very much power (if any) along this wire. When testing the controller this way you want to make sure you are using the manual override instead, which will always send back maximum power.
If you still don't get power on the blue wire when applying the manual override then I recommend testing the controller itself. Sever the blue wire a few inches back from the controller and test it there for power when applying the override. If you still don't get power then there's likely an internal issue and the P2 needs to be replaced.
If you do get power there then the problem is somewhere along the blue wire between the controller and the 7-Way. Trace the wire and check for any pinched or exposed sections that need to be repaired/replaced. Also inspect the 7-Way connector for any debris or corrosion built up inside the pins that needs to be cleaned out.
If you still aren't able to locate and resolve the issue please let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
