Question:
I just finished installing it last night on my 04 pt cruiser and I followed the video but now I have no turn signals on the PT cruiser any thoughts on that. Thanks much

The 4-pole wiring harness you purchased is Tekonsha part 118462 which is a confirmed fit for your 2004 PT Cruiser and this kit is similar to the Curt harness for the PT # C55532 that you referenced. Since these kits have plugs that install inline with your OEM tail light wiring the most likely cause for the car's turn signals not working is that the plugs are not fully seated together.
Disconnect the connectors and check that the contacts within them are not damaged or bent (which would prevent the electrical connection to the lights). Then re-connect all plugs. If you have a circuit tester like # PTW2992 you can test for proper signals on the contacts within the PT's plugs. If no signals are reaching the OEM plugs that connect to the harness then check the fuses for the turn signals.
The power box under the hood is next to the air cleaner and it should have a legend to tell you which fuse applies to turn signals. The online information I found suggests a 40-amp fuse in position 10 handles turn signals but your printed manual may well have more detailed information. You can also refer to the linked article on wiring.
