Is a Demco Commander II Adapter Available for D-Rings on 2006 Jeep TJ Bumper

I reached out to my contact at Demco who said that they don't offer any adapters that will fit the Demco Commander II # DM9511012. Other adapters from different manufacturers, like the Roadmaster # RM-035-1, won't be compatible either but I do have solution for you. Since this is the case your best bet is to swap out your tow bar for the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 which also features a non-binding design and will work with the D-Ring adapter mentioned above.

The only other option would be to install a base plate kit on your 2006 Jeep TJ so that you can continue to use the Demco Commander II. If you'd rather go this route let me know what bumper you have and I can see if we have something that is compatible. Please note that you need to confirm that your bumper is rated for flat towing.

For a complete flat towing setup you also need safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
