Question:
Have tandem axle boat trailer with 225 / 75R 15 radial tires filled to 65 psi. Normal tire wear on aluminum wheels with 6 hole bolt pattern, but have had separation issues x 2 tires with mfg date 2016. I need new tires and I am considering replacing these 8 ply tires with 10 ply tires load rating E. If I do this will I need to raise the pressure to 80 psi or can I still run 65 psi? Thanks!

I recommend the Karrier Load Range E tire # AM10303 Load Range E weight rating.
Trailer tires will require a specific psi pressure in order to deliver their maximum weight carrying capacity. All of our E-rated tires in size 225/75-15 require 80-psi cold inflation pressure and all have a weight capacity of 2830-lbs per tire. You can see all of these tires on the linked page.
These various radials do have different speed ratings and that is something else to keep in mind. Just like overloading a tire creates excess heat, so too does running them at speeds faster than intended. You'll get the best service from a tire by maintaining the maximum cold psi pressure as shown on the sidewall and by observing their weight and speed ratings.
