The Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit # BAKBK-200KIT referenced in your question is the correct hardware bag for many (but not all) of the BAKFlip Tonneau Covers models. I spoke with my contact at BAK Industries and she did say that this is the correct kit for your 2007 Dodge Dakota, whether you have the BAKFlip G2 # BAK26206 for the 5 foot bed or # BAK26205 for the 6-1/2 foot bed.
The kit includes everything needed to actually install the cover - essentially everything but the rails and cover itself. It has the needed drain caps, drain tubes, elevator bolts, clamps, seals, cab bumpers, and washers.
