How To Lift a Forest River R-Pod Trailer

I need to lift my R-Pod for increased ground clearance. What do I need to do this?

The correct lift kit to use on your Forest River R-Pod Trailer will depend on the year. If you have a post 2014 then you will need to use the Axle Riser Kit part # LC382741 for square shaped axles or part # LC270682 for diamond shaped axles as Forest River switched to Lippert Torsion Axles for the R-Pod in 2014. If you have a pre 2014 then you will need to use the Torflex Lift Kit part # K71-707-01 as Forest River used Dexter Torsion Axles before 2014.

I always recommend that you check the axle tag to make sure you indeed have a Lippert or Dexter torsion axle as well.
