Question:
I want to use a motorcycle carrier with my Fleetwood flair motorhome and see the rating is only 250#. Is there a beefier receiver? Can I weld in something?

We do have universal trailer hitches like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13702 which is a bolt-on or weld-on application and fits frames from 18" to 51" wide. This is specifically designed for use with hitch accessories only and is not to be used with towing. It does have a 500 lb tongue weight capacity though.
I am not sure what the tongue weight rating for our 1999 Fleetwood Flair motorhome is but as long as it isn't below the 500 lb mark you can use this to the full capacity. As long as your carrier is rated for RV use and the carrier weight plus the weight of the motorcycle doesn't exceed 500 lbes you should be good to go.
We do have the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier # UF48-979033 which is rated for RV use and weighs about 50 lbs. You just need to be mindful of ground clearance for your application.
