A-Frame Toolbox Recommendation for Trailer with Standard 50 Degree Angle

Question:

Hi. Im designing a motorcycle trailer to replace the bolt together one I got from ETrailer. I want a tool box for the front of it. My question is, How come most trailer tongue hardware requires a 50 degree A-frame tongue, but most retail tool boxes dont match that angle? Further, should I adjust the tongue angle, or find a 50 degree box?

The MaxxTow Trailer Tongue Toolbox part # DZ91716 does match the angle found on most trailer frames which is 50 degrees and sounds like the best choice for you. I attached a couple pictures that show it matching camper and utility style trailers. The only trailers it won't fit well are the heavier duty utility trailers that have a smaller angle for the frame members.
