Front Mount Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendation for 2013 Ford F-250

Question:

I have a 2013 F 250 4X4, I tow a 30ft 5th wheel camper. Looking for a front mount resever hitch to haul 4 bikes, and or cargo carrier. Not at the same time! Looking for resever options and bike rack options. Thanks

The front mount hitch receiver I recommend for your 2013 Ford F-250 is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65049 because it is a bolt-on installation that does not require any drilling into your truck's frame and Draw-Tite's strong reputation for making high-quality trailer hitches. This hitch has a 2" receiver and will work great as a way for you to use a bike rack while you are towing your 5th wheel. I have added a link to an install of this hitch on a F-250 for you to check out.

The bike rack I recommend is the Inno Aero Light 4 Bike Rack # INH640 because it is among the easiest 4-bike racks to use. At just just 45 lbs you won't have to struggle to take the rack on and off your truck, and it has a foot lever on the front that you can press which tilts the rack down, making it simpler to load and unload your bikes.

The Inno Aero uses cradles which hold your bikes at three points to ensure they don't make contact with each other or your F-250. It also has has a hitch lock to secure the rack to your hitch and an integrated cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack, helping protect your investments. This rack has a weight capacity of 132 lbs.

Additionally, please note that when using any hanging rack like the Inno Aero Light # INH640 you'll need bike frame adapter bar # 64005 if your bike is dual-suspension, has a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.

I have added links to video reviews of the Aero as well as a link to a video demonstration of the Swagman adapter bar so you can see exactly how it works.
