The wheel and tire from Karrier part # AM31994 would work well for you. It's a 13 inch wheel with the tire size of 175/80-13 and a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch like you need as well. The pilot diameter is 3.19 inch too which is slightly larger than what you have now but will still work great. Overall diameter of the tire is 24.1 inches and the section width is 7 inch. You might compare that to what you have to make sure you have the additional clearance. Your current tire diameter is 21.9 inches with a width of 5.6 inch.
