Titan Disc Brake Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Not Working with Factory Brake Controller

Question:

T4843800--I recently purchased this kit to convert a trailer to electric over hydraulic from a hydraulic surge system. I have installed everything and was able to bleed the brake lines by activating the emergency stop on the system. My problem now is the brake actuator will not work as normal. I have hooked it to a 2007 f-150 which was factory wired for a brake controller and the controller was purchased from here and a 2013 Chevy Silverado with a factory installed brake controller. I have looked over the wiring and can not find anything wrong. Any suggestions?

For your Titan Disc Brake Kit with BrakeRite EOH actuator, the issue with the two trucks you are using is the factory brake controllers are not directly compatible with your actuator. You will need the Titan BrakeRite EHB Adapter for Ford/Chevy Integral Brake Controllers # T4846000. I've attached a video to assist.

Your other option is to use a different controller like the Prodigy P2 # 90195 or if you don't want to change the factory integrated brake controller the Curt Echo # C51180 which requires no rewiring at all.
