The biggest difference between the Curt A20, part # C16541, and Q20, part # C16536, is the way the head pivots. The Q20 pivots 360 degrees using a spherical axial bearing. This creates smoother rotation of the head and therefore the ride between truck and trailer.
The other difference is the warranty. The A20 has a limited lifetime warrant on the hitch with a 10-year warranty on the roller. The Q20's warranty is a 10 -year limited warranty..
With either hitch use part # C16428-204 for the installation brackets and rails that fit your truck.
