There are two options for a gooseneck hitch that has a 3 inch ball other than the OEM prep package options. The Hitch Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 3" # BWGNXA2025 and the Hide-A-Goose Performer Gooseneck Hitch Ball with 3" Diameter # 19307.

With either option, you would need to fabricate a fit for your 2018 Ford F-450 Cab and Chassis.
