Where Does Power for 12V Pin on &-way Come From on a 2015 Ram 2500

Power to battery term on 7 wire trailer connector 2015 Ram 2500 Where does power originate from?

The 12V Power pin, in the 1 o'clock position, on your 7-Way should be receiving constant power from the battery in your 2015 Ram 2500. Some pickups will cease to send power to that pin if the ignition is off so if you are lacking power then that may be the reason.
You also may need to replace a fuse or relay. When I looked up your online owner's manual the only thing I could find that may be related to this circuit is the 30 amp fuse in the F30 position in your power distribution center under your hood.
To test the various pins on your 7-Way you can use the Tester # C73NR.
