The correct B&W Gooseneck Hitch for your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 is the part # BWGNRK1016 this is compatible with both a 6-1/2' bed and an 8' bed as long as you don't have the OEM Prep Package as you stated.
I also recommend installing a 7-Way like part # 50-97-410 on your Chevy so that it is easier to connect and disconnect the 7-Way from your gooseneck trailer.
One of the reasons why the B&W gooseneck hitch is so accepted is due to the fact that B&W came out with their own line of 5th wheel hitches that fit the squared B&W gooseneck hitch receiver. If you ever decide to use your Chevy for towing a 5th wheel trailer then you can use the Sliding Companion # BWRVK3400-5W for a short bed or the stationary Companion # BWRVK3500 if you have a long bed.
