The rule when it comes to coolers is that the larger the better because the more surface area the cooler has the more it can cool the fluids.

For a combination oil and transmission cooler for your 2019 Ford Explorer I recommend the Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler with Multiple Threads # D15902 which is 17" Wide x 12-1/2" tall x 3/4" deep.

This combination cooler will cool both engine and transmission fluid and uses copper tubing and aluminum fins because the copper will conduct the heat out of the fluid while the aluminum will dissipate (essentially remove) the heat.
