Can Brush-On Bed Liner Be Used Like Paint to Seal Trailer?

Can I use this bed liner to paint a boat trailer? or what paint do you have for this purpose. please advise.

The Herculiner Brush-On Truck Bed Liner - 1 Quart - Gloss Black # HCL1B7 is most likely not enough paint for your trailer, so I recommend instead using the Herculiner Brush-On Truck Bed Liner - 1 Gallon - Gloss Black # HCL1B8 instead. It will work well and will give you a seal to prevent rust and it won't chip, flake, or peel. I've used it as a rock guard on one of my previous vehicles and it worked great.

It is a textured finish, so if you want something that appears more like paint, then you want to go another route. Most trailers are painted or powder coated, so for an upgrade the Herculiner is the easiest but paint is another option if you don't mind the much more intense preparation required. We don't carry paint, but you would want to use a primer once it was thoroughly cleaned and scuffed and then an oil-based enamel paint to seal it.
