Question:
If I need to remove my swing hitch for any reason do I need to replace the 16 bolts and nuts that attach the coupler. Will the locking nuts continue to lock after being removed?

The bolts that hold the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit # FHDPB330301 can be installed and removed without needing to replace them each time. They are not torque-to-yield style that stretch when torqued. There is one Nyloc nut that comes with this but Nyloc nuts can be used several times as they do not damage when used.
