Expert Reply:

The Westlake ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # LHWL410 tires will work to replace the ST235/80R16 tires you currently have as long as the dimensions allow.

The Westlake ST235/85R16 # LHWL410 have a diameter of 31.7 inches and a width of 9.3 inches. Your current tires have an outer diameter of 30.79 inches and width of 9.25 inches. The size difference is very minimal, but you still want to make sure you have the clearances for the 0.91 inches in additional diameter which is .455 inches taller above the axle and 0.05 inches wider which will be 0.025 inches closer to your trailer frame.
