What prevents me from using this kit if I have overload springs, is there anything I can modify to use them ? I have a 2007 ram 3500 mega cab 4x4 which has overload springs.

We have one fifth wheel rail kit that fits your 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 mega cab with overload springs. For your truck, that has overload springs, you would want the kit # RP56011-53. There isn't a way to modify the # RP30035-186 in any way to fit with overload springs.
