Can Cameras be Added to Voyager Digital Wireless Observation System # WV0S541

Question:

I have this rear view camera system at this time on my 5th. wheel camper with single camera that does not have night vision. Would like to add a left and right side view camera. Do you have compatible cameras to work with this monitor ? If you do are they wireless like the other camera ? Do they have night vision ? What is your recommendation ?

The Voyager Digital Wireless Observation System # WV0S541 that you currently have on your trailer can indeed be paired with up to 4 total cameras. The correct camera you will want to add is the Voyager Camera # WVCMS130AP. Like the unit you already have, this is a wireless camera with auto-pairing capability and long-distance transmission and receiving.

This camera does not have full night vision but it does feature infrared LEDs for low-light assistance. I have attached a short video demonstration on this camera that you can check out, along with the complete installation instructions that include steps on how to pair the new cameras.

The Voyager WiSight Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount # WVOS541 should be paired following this process: 1. Monitor must be connected to 12 Volt DC power supply. 2. Press the SELECT/PAIR button on the front of the monitor expected mode & select the appropriate AV source (AV1-AV4) 3. Press and hold the "SELECT/PAIR" 3. Press and hold the "SELECT/PAIR" button on the front of the monitor for 5 seconds and release. (Monitor will display "PAIRING START") 4. Apply 12 Volt DC power to the camera.(Camera 1 - Camera 4 corresponding to Monitor's AV1 - AV4) Sometimes wireless systems struggle with aluminum so your Airstream may not work well with this system. Try pairing with your trailer disconnected and your truck at the rear of your trailer so there is no interference. If that works but the vehicle in front of the trailer won't then you would need to upgrade your system. 54590
