It wouldn't be ideal. Since you have a ducted unit currently a ducted replacement part # AT15028-22 that you referenced is the way to go since it's vents are designed to match up to the ducts of your vehicle roof. Non-ducted units are basically for setups that weren't designed for an AC unit so they just blow down instead of through duct work.
