Yes, a 16,000 pound 5th wheel slider such as # RP30051 will be more than enough for a 5th wheel trailer with a 9,100 pound dry weight. I doubt that the trailer would have a near 7,000 pound load capacity to go over the capacity of a 16K hitch. But it would be worth checking the gross weight rating of the trailer just to be sure.
I checked the owner's manual for the 2013 Ford F-150 and found that models with the 6.2 liter motor can handle 12,500 pounds (Raptor) to 17,100 pounds (certain models with MAX trailer to package). Consult your owner's manual to determine the capacity of your specific model.
Keep in mind that not all air bag systems are compatible with 5th wheel installation kits such as # RP50081-58. If you can tell me which air bag system you have I can check to see if it is compatible with 5th wheel installation kits.
