Will it fit a 2003 SAAB 95?

As long as your 2003 Saab 9-5 is the sedan or wagon model, the Thule OutWay, # TH45JV, will fit. It will not fit convertible. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video review of the rack for you.
If you have a convertibel I recommend the Thule Passage # TH910XT.
If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT, in order to carry those bikes more level. I have included a link to a video showing how the adapter works.
