The Orifice Connector for Titan Actuators # T1209800 is not recommended for use with disc brakes; this connector fits Titan Models 6, 10, and 20 Titan actuators for drum brakes.

The thread size is 3/8"-24 but the fitting size is 3/16". This standard for trailer brake lines. This will go from 1/2 inch thread size to 3/8 inch. If the dimensions you took are 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch of the threads this will fit.
