Kuat Transfer Threaded Hitch Bolt Not Long Enough to Lock on 2018 Toyota Tacoma Factory Hitch
Question:
The OEM threaded locking hitch pin for my Kuat Transfer 2 rack does not fit my OEM receiver on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. It will not lock because the Kuat pin is too short. Do you guys have an option that will for this rack on the 2018 Tacoma OEM hitch receiver?

As you have found, some factory 2 inch trailer hitches are wider than "standard" 2 inch hitches. I checked with Kuat and they do not have a longer hitch bolt available. The best option I can offer to lock the rack to the hitch is to use a cable lock such as # e98891.
