We do offer Derale transmission coolers for the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado New Body with the 4.3L engine. These are shown on the linked page.
For an efficient Class III transmission cooler you can use Derale # D13503 which you will install using the required hose fitting kit # D13018. These install directly into your radiator so you'll not need to cut or flare any fluid lines.
